Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 25% of the total service cost charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, an invoice will be sent.
No Shows : Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a fee of 80% of the total cost charged to the card on file. If there is no card on file, an invoice will be sent. A deposit will be required before booking future appointments if a No Shows occurs.
Repeated late cancellations / no shows will result in the loss of booking privileges. I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. At my discretion, appointment fees may be waived for emergencies and extenuating circumstances.
